Massage Therapy is no longer a thing of the past, it is now therapeutic, a healing profession that is geared to helping us feel and live better. We all live in very stressful and trying times and massage is one of the ways to manage our limitations, pain, stress, injuries and lets not forget a feeling of well being. Massage is a way to release sore and tired muscles, to increase circulation to our body’s systems. Most of us need more from massage than just to be relaxed! We need to be attentive to our bodies and get things as close to where they should be as possible so we may function better. Here at Heal-thy Massage Therapy we work closely with local Chiropractors, we both as professionals work hand in hand with each other. I would like to strongly stress that massage therapy is not a substitute for regular medical care.
